It is very important to know that the largest recruitment agencies might not have the best reputation on the market, and if one is looking for a specialist advice, turning to a local service might be a better idea. According to a 2010 study published by a reviewing website, the largest UK recruitment agencies got a low score when job-seekers were asked about their experience. Reed got only one star out of five, while Hays also had a low rating. It is important to know that smaller, specialist services got a better overall customer feedback, and that might be because they have more time to discuss the application process with employees and the requirements with employers.

We can also see that there are many job-seekers tired of applying for jobs, sending their CV-s and occasionally going for an interview, just to wait in vain for the call back. No matter how many people are applying for jobs, the service level provided should still be maintained. There are so many honest recruitment agencies out there, and if one wants to avoid wasting their time, they should look at the overall rating of the company, and choose a specialist service offering free advice on CV writing and preparing to an interview.
