So many smokers don’t quit because they believe they can’t. They believe what they have been conditioned to believe. They have become the perfect pharmaceutical company hamsters.

If you imagine that how you see the world is like looking through a picture frame. as you move the frame you see different images. But even someone looking through their own frame in the same room will see a slightly different perspective. Therefore they have a different perspective.

Now imagine someone else gives you a frame and when you look through it you see the images they want you to see. The pharmaceutical companies want you to use their drugs to help you to quit smoking.

They know these drugs have limited potential. So they condition you to believe that quitting is very difficult. They will tell you its harder to stop cigarettes than it is to stop heroin. This is of course a big lie. Any hypnotherapist will tell you their clients can easily quit in an hour or two.

This proves that it is changing mindset, or reframing that makes the change. You don’t need risky brain altering chemicals or more of the same poisoness nicotine to quit.

You see the drug companies have reframed your beliefs about smoking, this is further distorted by the experiences of so many smokers who have used these same drugs only to fail in their efforts to quit.

Now you are part of the collective consciousness of smokers who have failed to quit and you are further convinced that it is very difficult.

Reframing is about creating your own new reality. Ask yourself is the old view useful, is it helpful to believe its difficult to quit when you want to. Of course not, you will start to have thoughts like, its too hard, so many fail and other negative self defeating rubbish.

Ask yourself

1. Is this belief useful?

2. If not ask yourself what is the most useful thing to believe in this situation.

3. How can I make that real?

1. Is believing that it is very difficult to quit useful Does this belief serve me well.

2. What could I believe, I could choose to believe that if others have quit then so can I.

3. Ask, what would I have to know or learn, or who would I have to talk to make my new belief true.

Now you are reframing your view of the quit smoking world. Now you can take action and find the hypnosis specialist who will easily help you to quit your health destroying easily and quickly.
